As the newly elected President of the Sunset Bay Owners Association I am very pleased to make the following announcement.
By a unanimous vote by the SBOA Board of Directors taken today and effective immediately Mr. Phil Morley has been appointed to the position of ARC Liaison Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Morley replaces Mr. McIntosh who formerly held those positions. Phil has been identified as the Sunset Bay Owners Association ARC Chairperson for several years and is widely known for his strong leadership, his knowledge and faithful interpretation of the Association Covenants, its Bylaws and Aesthetic Standards.
I am sure you will agree that the addition of Phil and the talents he brings with him is a positive step in rounding out the skill set of the Board and we welcome his services accordingly.
Congratulations Phil on your new appointment and we thank you for continuing to volunteer your time and energy to our community.
