The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of David C. Newcomer as our new Treasurer for the Sunset Bay Owners Association. David was approved unanimously in our Board meeting held on January 16, 2010, and will serve until October 10, 2010, when the elections for this office take place.
David is particularly well suited for the Treasurer position. He has a B.S., Business Administration, Major - Accounting, Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio and has a strong background in governmental fiscal management, public purchasing, materials management, customer service, and accounts payable/receivables. David has in his career been responsible for the budgeting processes, the processing of contracts, establishing purchasing policies and procedures, oversight of financial reports, purchasing, and payable activities.
David currently lives in Pataskala, Ohio, with his wife Stephanie. Both will retire very shortly and relocate to our community as permanent residents.
