ARC Position Available
The SSB Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is actively seeking a new member to serve a two-year term ending December 2011. The ARC has regular monthly meetings at 8:00 a.m. on the same Saturday as the BOD meeting. The five member ARC has three basic responsibilities, as detailed in the Architectural Guidelines and Declaration of Covenants.
- Review / approve new home construction plans
- Perform surveillance of homes under construction
- Establish and maintain the aesthetic standards of Sunset Bay
All property owners are eligible to be ARC members; however, full-time residents are preferred. ARC members are nominated and elected by the Board of Directors.
