Effective November 16, 2009, the SSBOA clubhouse office will be closed from 12-12:30 p.m. for lunch. It will reopen promptly at 12:30 p.m.

Association Management & the Board of Directors can be reached by sendind e-mail to ssboa@yahoo.com.

Phone numbers are posted near the front door if you need access to the facilities.

Exercise area, conference room, and restrooms in the lower level are always accessible with key card.

Property owners can reserve the Clubhouse.
To reserve the Clubhouse, go to 'Activities', click on 'Reservations' then 'Clubhouse' & complete the form.

For Thanksgiving: The office will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27, 2009.
For Christmas: The office will be closed Monday, December 21, 2008 through Monday, January 4, 2010. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.

The Sunset Bay clubhouse will be closed Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010.
